This class is designed for experienced movers. While it is recommended to have some Pilates experience, it is not required if you are a strong mover in other practices such as yoga, barre, CrossFit or surfing, and have a certain level of body awareness and can take verbal direction easily. We will work hard in this class and move quickly between exercises to get the very most out of the hour. Some peak poses that we may work up to include Swan, Star, Snake, Breast Stroke, Horseback, Tendon Stretch, Teaser, Long Back Stretch, etc. Get ready to sweat my friends.
